EVENT 161 - Notify of updated Service Ticket Type Summary reports.  This report is available on a continuous basis and consists of information on all Service Tickets for the current month.

The top portion of the report presents summary information by TICKET TYPE and by STATUS CATEGORY in a graphical format.

The lower portion of the report is a detailed listing of all of the month's Service Tickets. They are listed in order by:

  • Status Group
    • Open
    • Done
    • Approved
    • Closed
  • Type of Ticket

ELEMENT DESCRIPTION
TITLE Event Title, {Event ID], ? The Event Title and Event ID are displayed, along with a "?", which contains a link to this Web Site Section.
TOP PORTION GRAPH
TICKET TYPE. #TICKETS Summary of Ticket Types for the month. Along with the Type of Ticket is the Number present this month. The first line is a summary for all tickets this month.
OPEN A graphical representation of this type of tickets separated by Ticket Status Group, in this case, "OPEN". The width of the graphical rectangle, if present, is proportional the the total number of tickets. It is colored the same as that groups header and includes the ticket count.
DONE Same, but for "DONE".
APPROVED Same, but for "APPROVED".
CLOSE Same, but for "CLOSED'.
LOWER PORTION DETAIL LISTING
TICKET Ticket Number. This element is also a link to a PDF on our web site of a Draft of this Ticket
TYPE Type of Service Ticket.
ACCT Client Account Identifier.
DATE Ticket Date. For Open Tickets, usually the date created. For closed Tickets, usually the Close Date
EMP Initials of the MicroMetric employee responsible for this ticket.
AMOUNT Charge Total, including material. This amount may change when the Ticket is closed
SCOPE OF WORK Description of the Scope of Work requested.
STATUS Current Status of this ticket.
LAST Date this ticket was last changed.
D If "N", this Ticket is OPEN. If "Y", this Ticket is DONE.
A If "N", this Ticket is not been approved. If "Y", this Ticket is APPROVED.
C If "N", this Ticket nas not been closed. If "Y", this Ticket is CLOSED.
L Number of Labor Items assocated with this Ticket.
