New computer systems, purchased from MicroMetric, carry a one (1) year parts and labor warranty. Western Digital Cavier hard Disk drives carry a three (3) year parts warranty. MicroMetric will replace any failed component for the first year for new systems, with no replacement labor charge, other than shipping (if necessary) and travel to and from the client's site.

Computer upgrades and new components, when installed by MicroMetric, carry a ninety (90) day parts and labor warranty. New components, when purchased from, but not installed by MicroMetric, carry a ninety (90) day parts only warranty.

Used computer systems and used components, when installed by MicroMetric, carry a thirty (30) day parts and labor warranty. Used components, when purchased from, but not installed by MicroMetric, carry a thirty (30) day parts only warranty.

These above warranties DO NOT INCLUDE that labor required to recover data from failed disk drives, or to reload backup data to a replaced disk drive. They also do not cover damages caused by acts of nature - such as lightning, fire, or flood - or misuse of the equipment.

Computer software purchased from MicroMetric IS NOT warranted.
