We want to work with you to solve your computer problems. These are the types of calls we get on a daily basis.

  • The computer won't boot.
  • I have this ERROR message on my screen.
  • The word processor does not print what is on the screen.
  • My hard disk is making a grinding noise when I turn on my computer.
Many times trouble shooting and repair can be handled over the phone. If it is possible, we will walk you thought the procedures step by step to solve it. Other times it is required that we come to diagnose the problem in person. When an in-person visit is required, we do our best to get there as quickly as possible, usually on the same day. We know that your down time is VERY frustrating and expensive to you and we are determined to keep it to a minimum.
