Discontinue the use of Service Areas and Service Call Charges. It's not the fault of a client that they are further from our office that another client, so now all will be treated equally

Discontinue the Cash Discount. This policy has resulted in much confusion as to how much is owed. After the first of the year, Invoices will clearly state the Amount Due, and that the time period for payment is ten (10) days after the invoice date. Late Charges will be assessed on payments received after the due date.

Discontinue the Discount Policy of five (5) and ten (10) percent discounts on labor charges, based on the past quarters and years billings.

Discontinue our policy of changing rates for different types of work.

There will now be a single Standard Labor Rate, with selective surcharges:

The Standard Labor Rate for 2008 is $100. This is an increase of five (5) percent over our effective rate for the first eleven months of 2007.
The Standard Labor Rate applies to all labor performed at our office, including Shop Labor, Remote Diagnostics, and Help Desk Phone support from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
There is a surcharge of twenty percent (20%) for on-site labor.
There is a surcharge of thirty percent (30%) on all labor from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
There is a surcharge of sixty percent (60%) on all labor at all other times.

Introduce two new Agreements:

Credit Agreement - A simple agreement for those clients needing only infrequent service and who are not willing or able to make a monthly commitment to a minimum billing. This agreement will require use of a credit card or a deposit to assure payment.
Service Agreement - Discounted Service Rates - An agreement between MicroMetric, Inc and the client whereby the client agrees to a Minimum Monthly Billing and in exchange receives a set discount on all labor services.

Introduce Managed Services - an outgrowth of our almost four year experience offering Server Maintenance. Managed Service are an economical and fixed-expense alternative to the normal Break/Fix model of providing Computer Service.

Initially consists of seven Management modules:
- Server
- Workstation
- Network Equipment
- Server Remote Backup
- Workstation Remote Backup
- Email Span-Out
- Web Hosting
Each Management Module has up to five Service Levels, with multiple Electives
Each piece of equipment has a custom Management plan.
The first three modules include 24/7/365 remote monitoring
